Tanks in Architecture

CorGal tank shells and roofs are commonly used as functional, even livable structures.  Due to the versatility and variety of sizes we offer just about any architectural plan can become a reality using our tank shells.

Doorways, windows and multi-level structures can be engineered into a tank providing a variety of uses – anything from a simple storage building, to a hobby room or even complete living quarters.

Enclosure vs Tank

When a tank is used as an enclosure they cannot be used to store water as well but sitting next to an actual water storage tank they provide a very aesthetically pleasing balance of space and materials used.

Take a look at just a few of the examples in the gallery below of how CorGal tanks and TimberTanks have been used in different enclosures and building designs.
