Water storage tanks are commonly used in breweries, wineries, and distilleries for a variety of applications. In addition to the common practice of rainwater harvesting, irrigation or fire protection, these tanks can be used to store purified water used in the production process as well as re-purifying excess water before it enters the drainage system.
Hopper Bottoms
Breweries also utilize hopper bottom style tanks in the brewing process for storing and transferring ingredients such as grains, hops and barley.
Make a Statement
Many breweries utilize tanks for high visibility advertising and signage to make a statement as well as show their support for American made products and sustainability initiatives.
In the gallery below are just a few samples of tanks used at breweries and wineries across the United States.
